We can assist you in selecting the best products for optimal system solutions as well as troubleshooting existing products and systems.

Complimentary Diagnostics

An Armstrong International factory trained field engineer will walk your system with you, answering questions and making suggestions for improving efficiency, processing or addressing safety hazards. We will diagnose issues you mention or that we notice during the walk-through.

We can also answer questions or assist with projects in the planning phase. This is a complimentary service offered by Calpacific with no commitment.

Steam Trap Surveys

Steam traps are the most vital part of your steam system. On average, 15% of steam traps fail annually leading to tens of thousands of dollars waste energy over a year. Signs of failed steam traps include water hammer, premature equipment failure, unstable or not enough heat in applications and unstable pressures after PRVs or control valves. For people wanting to expand their knowledge or are just starting their careers involving steam, we have programs with over 100 online courses that you can take at your own pace.

Assessments, Audits and Evaluations

Our system assessments, audits and evaluations are a valuable resource for companies looking to improve process efficiency and increase dividends. Tailored to fit your needs, our assessments take between 2 and 10 days on site with up to 2 weeks of office time to prepare a detailed report on your steam, hot water and HVAC systems or select processes.
